This Handmade Tin Cookie Cutter inspired by the "Child" or "Baby Yoda" from STAR WARS the MANDALORIAN makes a perfect addition to any avid cookie makers collection. Each one is handmade one at a time and will have it's own "personality". Measures 6 inches square and 1/2 inch deep.
This cookie cutter is made of food grade USA tinplate and soldered with lead free food grade solder. Ready to be put to work cutting out some delicious cookie dough. This particular cutter is made in the traditional Old World way with a solid back to them. The sharp edge offers a superior cutting edge and releases the cookie dough easily. With proper care these cutters can be passed on and will last for many years.
To care for your cookie cutters simply brush out the crumbs with a toothbrush. Then hand wash in soapy water. Towel dry immediately. A hair dryer can be used to remove any excess moisture after towel
drying. Do not leave your cutter on a moist kitchen towel or in the drying rack to dry. DO NOT WASH IN THE DISHWASHER!
It would be helpful to give your cutter a light coat of food grade mineral oil before storing. They come with a hanging hole if you wish to display them.
Keep in mind tin items are tin plated steel. They will develop a patina and get a bit of rust or oxidation especially along seams. Just clean with a soft cloth and some non-scratch soft cleanser.
