This Tri-Folding Candle Box is made of tin plated steel and measures 5 1/2 inches long, 3 1/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches deep when closed.
It comes equipped with a hinged Mica pane. Will hold a small candle and some tinder for fire starting (not included)
The window pane is Mica or Isinglass which is basically a transparent rock. It WILL NOT MELT! It is used in stoves and many types of lanterns.
Keep in mind tin items are tin plated steel. They will develop a patina and get a bit of rust or oxidation especially along seams. Just clean with a soft cloth and some non-scratch soft cleanser.
