8 Ounce Pure Honey
This is a eight ounce jar of Honey harvested from Colleen's bees here in Missouri. This is 100% Honey, no additives no preservatives. Just pure honey harvested from her beehives.
"It is as close to organic as I can get. We live on an 85 acre farm that is 45 acre hay crop and about 40 acre woodland. This butts up next to about 500 acres of woodland and pasture. Nothing is sprayed out here with the main crop being cattle. The nearest neighbor is about 1/4 mile away
in any direction and none of them have any sprayed crops either. So we have a lot of trees and wildflowers for the bees to gather nectar from. I also have a nice flower garden with things blooming all year through frost for the bees to enjoy."
Colleen Schroll.
The Honey is packed in 8 ounce glass jars. The clover honey is harvested in early summer and the wildflower is taken in late summer just before the bees start putting away honey for the winter.
